  • You can cancel your order at no cost until it ships out of the warehouse, which typically occurs within one business day after order confirmation. Please contact us promptly.

 

  • You have up to 30 days after delivery to return any item, for any reason. You will not be charged any restocking fee, though you will be responsible to cover original and return shipping costs. This policy applies only if the box remains unopened and fully intact. If we receive your item and/or its packaging back in compromised condition, you may incur a restocking fee or the return may be rejected. Please contact us and we will help you through the returns process.

 

  • When your order is delivered, inspect it carefully and promptly. In the rare event that you find any damage or missing parts, we will promptly ship a replacement to you at zero cost – if we are notified within one business day after delivery. Keep all original packaging materials, as damaged items need to be returned to us intact, as you received it, packed in its original box and packaging material.

 

  • If the product you receive is not what you ordered, we will accept it back and send you the correct product at no cost. However, we must be notified of the issue within 30 days of delivery, and the product box must remain unopened, with the product fully intact.

 

  • If your product arrives without any visible damage but does not function properly, it may be due to a defect on the manufacturer’s end, which is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Our customer service team will be glad to help you through the warranty process.

 

  • If you cannot find an order that was recorded as delivered, please contact us promptly and we will try to help you locate it. In most circumstances, it is in the hands of a neighbor, spouse, child, housekeeper, etc. However, we cannot take responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage that took place after the delivery company recorded the item as delivered. If you want the delivery company to require a signature upon delivery, please notify us in advance.

  • The preceding guidelines apply equally regardless of whether you are present at the time of delivery; someone else is present; or no one is present.
  • SanifloDealer.com is not responsible if the product you ordered does not meet your required specs or local building code. Please do your due diligence in advance.
  • Under no circumstances is SanifloDealer.com responsible to compensate for plumbing expenditures, or any other costs or losses beyond the cost of the product and shipping.
  • Under no circumstances can SanifloDealer.com accept a return, or offer a refund, on an item that has been installed. If an item is found to be defective upon installation, you may be able to receive a refund or replacement from the manufacturer, if it is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

In the event that we cannot process your order as noted on our website, SanifloDealer.com reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund.
